What type of employers does HRCG work with?
We have been in business since 1983, working with companies such as IBM, Frito-Lay, Sedgewick James (now part of Marsh & McLennan), Southwestern Bell, Travelers Insurance, McDonalds, Equitable Life, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Pan American, Delta, AT&T Transtech, CUNA Mutual, Bank of America, Woolworth's, Kmart, Blue Cross Blue Shield, ADP/Health Benefits America, University of Utah, State of Louisiana, Florida Combined Life, etc.
We act as consultants and support for many Fortune 500 corporations, insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for outsourcing of benefits and human resources, and for smaller employers.
We also work with other software development firms, consulting firms, brokers, entrepreneurs, and creative networkers. Can I afford to work with HRCG?
HRCG was created to provide fee-for-service and software solutions for smaller firms that desire the same variety or services routinely provided to the Fortune 100 largest companies.
The projects and systems we design and install are usually less than our competitors and we attempt to generate for the client a 50 percent or more Return on Investment (ROI) in the first year of any client purchase.
Most clients ask us to perform projects and support that more than pays for itself in terms of ROI, increased efficiency, cost effectiveness, increased productivity, and allowing the client to focus on core competencies.
